How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Plizo › Cancel. You can also go there from Plizo › Settings › Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I got a new phone. How do I get Plizo back?

Install Plizo and tap Restore purchases on the paywall or in Settings. Your subscription follows your Apple ID.

Can I change my username?

Yes, in Settings. You can also choose whether others see your full name or only *****x on the leaderboard.

Someone has an offensive username

Tap their row on the leaderboard and choose Report or Block. We review reports every day.

How do I delete my account?

Plizo › Settings › Delete account. Your username and streak data are deleted from our servers right away. Remember to cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings too.

Is my voice recording uploaded?

No. Your recording and your onboarding answers stay on your phone.
