Terms of Use
1. Who can use Plizo
You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account you confirm that you are.
2. What Plizo is, and isn't
Plizo is a habit tracker that helps you build self-control with streaks, ranks and reminders. Plizo is not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and makes no promise of any health outcome. If you are struggling with compulsive behavior, anxiety, depression or anything that worries you, please talk to a doctor or a licensed professional.
3. Your account and username
- Your username must not be offensive, sexual, hateful, harassing or impersonate someone else.
- We may rename or remove any username or account that breaks these rules, with or without notice.
- You can report or block other users from the leaderboard. We review every report.
- Don't try to manipulate your streak or the leaderboard.
4. Subscriptions and free trial
- Plizo offers a weekly subscription and a yearly subscription. The yearly plan may include a free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Plizo account does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
- If your subscription ends, access to Plizo's features, including your streak and rank display, is paused until you subscribe again.
5. Your content
Your voice recording stays on your device and is yours. Your username is visible to other users as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
Plizo is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for any outcome of using or not using the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Plizo and delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is meaningful we will tell you in the app.
